County utility services are available with the Irwin County Electric Membership Corporation (229/468-7415).

Industrial areas are provided by Georgia Power Company and the Irwin EMC.

Windstream and MediaCom provide both phone and internet services to Ocilla and Irwin County residents. There are other options available for internet access. Please check a local phone directory for more information.

Alltel, Cingular and Nextel provide cellular services in the area.

Garbage pickup is available once a week for city residents. The monthly garbage tax is bill on the City utility bill.
