Michael Biggers has extensive experience in eminent domain/condemnation appraisals, commercial, residential and agricultural appraisals throughout the state of Georgia and is qualified as an expert witness in several court jurisdictions at the federal and state level. The appraiser is a level three appraiser with the State of Georgia DOT. The appraiser’s experience in commercial appraisals includes feasibility studies for proposed development and the appraisal of proposed/existing income producing properties of various types. The appraiser’s residential experience includes all phases of development, including subdivision analysis and projections. Agricultural experience includes the appraisal of farmland, timberland and poultry throughout Georgia and includes experience appraising specialized agricultural facilities, gins, processing plants and related real estate.
