The appraiser’s experience in commercial appraisals includes feasibility studies for proposed development and the appraisal of proposed/existing income producing properties of various types. The appraiser’s residential experience includes all phases of development, including subdivision analysis and projections. Agricultural experience includes the appraisal of farmland, timberland and poultry throughout Georgia and includes experience appraising specialized agricultural facilities, gins, processing plants and related real estate.
